Munich – FC St. Pauli took their chance to move top of Bundesliga 2 for the time being with a gritty victory over MSV Duisburg, but were not joined at the summit by SC Paderborn who dropped points against a clinical Dynamo Dresden side. Elsewhere Karlsruher picked up another all-important victory in their bid for survival against an Energie Cottbus side whose downward spiral continues.
