First joint Germany call-up for Bender twins

Berlin – Joachim Löw is relying on his tried-and-tested performers for Germany’s first friendly of 2012. Notwithstanding the absence due to injury of Bastian Schweinsteiger, Lukas Podolski, Per Mertesacker and Mario Götze, the national team coach has selected 22 squad regulars from the EURO 2012 qualifying campaign for the game against France in Bremen on February 29th.
