Delpierre to leave Stuttgart for Hoffenheim

Hoffenheim – Matthieu Delpierre will join 1899 Hoffenheim on a free transfer from Baden-Württemberg rivals VfB Stuttgart at the end of the season. The 30-year-old agreed terms on a two-year deal that will run until June 30th 2014.

Magath’s new "wolf pack"

Felix Magath’s final signing, for the time being at least, was another relatively unknown prospect. Ivory Coast born Ibrahim Sissoko also joins VfL Wolfsburg from Portugal having left first division side Academica de Coimbra to join Magath’s mission. The 20-year-old made his professional debut in an away fixture against Portimonense SC on 6th November 2010. Sissoko also represented his national team at U-21 level this summer at the prestigious youth tournament in Toulon having played at youth level for AS Athletic Adjame in his hometown of Abidjan before moving to Portugal.
