Obasi hoping for a fresh start at Schalke
Munich – Chinedu Obasi is hoping that his move from 1899 Hoffenheim to FC Schalke 04, initially on a short-term loan deal, will allow him to add a few chapters to his Bundesliga story. The Nigerian’s twelve goals in 2007/2008 played a big part in 1899 winning promotion into Germany’s top flight, but since then there has been relatively little to speak of from the 25-year-old.
